Strength Training

The frequency of your strength training regimen depends on your goals. If you want to get bigger and stronger muscles, you need to carry out strength training sessions less frequently. If you want to become more tone and defined, you will get leaner but well-defined muscles.

The second set should involve weights for which you are only 6-8 reps. Add five pounds and repeat the third set.

Running outside far surpasses the workout you than a treadmill. Running on the ground or road is better for you than a treadmill.

When you are doing repetitious exercises that require you to count how many you’re doing, count backwards from the number you’re working toward. This will help you get a better idea of how many you have left while keeping you motivated to finish.

Here is a great piece of advice from tennis and sports players to build up forearm strength. Put a giant piece of paper on a table or other surface that is flat. Crumple the whole piece of paper using only your writing hand for at least 30 seconds.

Do not work out when you are ill. The body is unable to create muscle building and increase endurance throughout this period. This is why you should stop exercising until you feel better. While you’re waiting to heal up, be sure you sleep good and eat well too.
